Kimchi |
Ingredients:
1. Cabbage x 80g (pre-cut)
2. Garlic Chilli sauce x 1 tbsp
3. Vinegar x 2 tbsp
4. Salt x 1/2 tbsp
Procedure:
1. Put Cabbage in a bowl
2. Add the garlic chilli sauce and mix well
3. Add in salt and mix together
4. Add in vinegar and mix well
5. Transfer it to an air tight container and leave it for at least 1 day
6. It is ready serve
