Curry Vegetables with Chicken Meat

Curry Vegetables with chicken meat
This dish is easily prepared and tasty.

Ingredients:

1. Egg plant  x 150g (pre-cut)
2. Dried Bean stick x 30g (pre-cut)
3. Cabbage x 100g  (pre-cut)
4. Tomato x 100g
5. Chicken meat x 50g (pre-cut)
6. Water x 500ml
7. Salt x 1/2 tsp
8. Chilli paste x 1 tbsp
9. Chilli sauce x 1 tbsp
10. Coconut milk x 100ml

Procedure:

1. Boil the 500ml of water in a pot
2. Add chilli sauce & chilli paste into the boiling water
3. Add egg plant & cabbage into the pot
4. Cook for about 10 mins & add chicken meat into the pot
5. Add in coconut milk & salt and cook for another 10 mins at low heat
6. Add in tomato & cook for another 5 mins
7. Turn off the stove
8. It is ready to serve

Preparation time for cooking: 30 mins

Serving: 2 pax

Steamed Chicken Meat with Bean Curd in Rice Cooker

Steamed Chicken meat with Bean Curd
This dish is just need to cook together when you cook your rice.
By adding the tomato will have a slightly sweet & sour taste.

Ingredients:

1. Chicken meat  x 200g (pre-cut)
2. Bean curd x 50g (pre-cut)
3. Tomato x 100g  (pre-cut)
4. Salt x 1/2 tsp


Procedure:

1. Mix the chicken meat & bean curd together 
2. Add in salt & mix well
3. Seasoned it for at least 1/2 hour and add in cut tomato
4. Steam it together when cooking the rice in the rice cooker, it will be cooked in 30 mins
5  It is ready to serve

Steamed Chicken Meat with Bean Curd & Bitter Gourd

Steamed Chicken Meat with 
Bean Curd & Bitter Gourd
This dish is done by my guest and I'll like to share with everyone.

Ingredients:

1. Bitter Gourd x 100g (pre-cut)
2. Chicken meat  x 200g (pre-cut)
3. Bean curd x 50g (pre-cut)
4. Garlic x 20g  (pre-cut)
5. Oyster sauce x 1/2 tbsp
6. Soya sauce x 1/2 tbsp
7. Black bean paste x  1/2tbsp


Procedure:

1. Mix the chicken meat, bean curd & bitter gourd together 
2. Add in oyster sauce, soya sauce & black bean sauce, mix well
3. Leave it for at least 1/2 hour and sprinkle the cut garlic onto the dish
4. Steam the dish for about 30 mins
5  It is ready to serve

Chicken Claypot Rice in Rice Cooker

Chicken claypot rice in rice cooker 
I used rice cooker to prepare the chicken claypot rice, Very tasty!


Ingredients:

1. Rice  x 100g
2. Cai Xin x 100g (pre-cut)
3. Chicken meat x 150g (pre-cut)
4. Bean curd x 50g (pre-cut)
5. Shitake Mushrooms x 100g (pre-cut)
6. Water x 200ml
7. Soya sauce x 1/2 tbsp
8. Vegetarian oyster sauce x 1 tbsp
9. Dark soya sause x 1/2 tbsp
10. Sesame oil x 1/2 tsp


Procedure:

1. Place the chicken meat in a bowl
2. Add in soya sauce, dark soya sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce & sesame oil, mix well
3. Add bean curd and shitake mushrooms into the bowl & mix altogether
4. Leave it for half hour
5. Add the mixed ingredients and cook the rice with 200ml of water in the rice cooker
6. Add in the cai xin into the rice-cooker once the rice cooker mode change to 'WARM'
7. Leave it for about 15 mins and the chicken claypot rice is done
8. Mix well before serving


Preparation time for cooking: 45mins (excluding the seasoning of ingredients)

From Guest: Fried Geen Pepper with Chicken Meat

Fried Green Pepper with Chicken Meat

This dish is done by my guest and I'll like to share with everyone.


Ingredients:

1. Green pepper x 100g (pre-cut)
2. Chicken meat  x 200g (pre-cut)
3. Garlic x 20g  (pre-cut)
4. Oyster sause x 1tbsp
5. Soya sauce x 1/2 tbsp
6. Pepper x  1/2tsp
7. Oil x 1 tbsp


Procedure:

1. Mix the chicken meat with oyster sauce, soya sauce & pepper
2. Leave it for at least 1/2 hour and it is ready to cook
3. Heat up the frying pan
4. Add in the oil
5. Add in the garlic and fry till you smell its fragrance
6. Add in the seasoned chicken meat and fry together
7. Add in the green pepper and fry for about 5 mins
8  Dish is ready
