Vegetables with Chicken Sausage Fried Rice in Rice Cooker

Vegetables with Chicken Sausage 
Fried Rice in Rice Cooker
Use rice cooker to cook this dish and is very tasty, please try.

Ingredients:

1. Carrot x 100g (pre-cut)
2. Button Mushroom x 100g (pre-cut)
3. Cabbage x 100g (pre-cut)
4. Chicken sausage x 50g 
5. Rice x 100g
6. Salt x 1/2 tsp
6. Sesame oil x 1tsp
7. Water x 200ml

Procedure:

1. Cook the rice in rice cooker with 200 ml of water & cut carrot
2. Add salt & cut button mushroom while the rice has cooked for about 5mins, stir the ingredients
3. Add cabbage & chicken sausage and continue to cook till the rice is cooked 
4. When the rice is cooked, leave it to 'warm' for about 15 mins
5  Before serving, add sesame oil and mix well
6. It is ready to serve.

Serving: 2 pax

Caution: be careful when open the rice cooker'c cover and make sure not water drip onto the bottom of the rice cooker

Chicken Claypot Rice in Rice Cooker

Chicken claypot rice in rice cooker 
I used rice cooker to prepare the chicken claypot rice, Very tasty!


Ingredients:

1. Rice  x 100g
2. Cai Xin x 100g (pre-cut)
3. Chicken meat x 150g (pre-cut)
4. Bean curd x 50g (pre-cut)
5. Shitake Mushrooms x 100g (pre-cut)
6. Water x 200ml
7. Soya sauce x 1/2 tbsp
8. Vegetarian oyster sauce x 1 tbsp
9. Dark soya sause x 1/2 tbsp
10. Sesame oil x 1/2 tsp


Procedure:

1. Place the chicken meat in a bowl
2. Add in soya sauce, dark soya sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce & sesame oil, mix well
3. Add bean curd and shitake mushrooms into the bowl & mix altogether
4. Leave it for half hour
5. Add the mixed ingredients and cook the rice with 200ml of water in the rice cooker
6. Add in the cai xin into the rice-cooker once the rice cooker mode change to 'WARM'
7. Leave it for about 15 mins and the chicken claypot rice is done
8. Mix well before serving


Preparation time for cooking: 45mins (excluding the seasoning of ingredients)

Serving: 2 pax

Vegetarian Fried Noodle in Rice-cooker

Vegetarian Fried Noodle
This is a vegetarian dish, very nice & tasty
                                                 
Ingredients:

1. Koka Noodle  x 150g
2. Cabbage  x 100g (pre-cut)
3. Baked beans from can x 250g
4. Tomato x 50g (pre-cut)
5. Water x 300ml
6. Soya sauce x 1/2 tbsp


Procedure:
1. Boil 300ml of water in a rice-cooker
2. Add soya sauce
3. Add cabbage into the rice-cooker & cook for about 5 mins
4. Add Koka noodle into the rice-cooker & cook for about 2 mins
5. Add baked beans into the rice-cooker and cook for another 2 mins
6. Stir the ingredients together
7. Turn-off the rice-cooker power & leave it for at least 5 mins
8. Food is ready now

note:
when opening the rice-cooker cover, avoid any water from dripping onto the heating plate


Preparation time for cooking: 20mins

Serving: 2 pax

Vegetarian Fried Mee Hoon in Rice-cooker

Fried Mee Hoon in Rice-cooker
This is a vegetarian dish, very nice & tasty


Ingredients:

1. Mee hoon  x 150g
2. Mixed vegetables: carrots, corn, pea  x 50g (pre-cut)
3. Button mushrooms x 200g  (pre-cut)
4. Tomato x 50g (pre-cut)
5. Water x 300ml
6. Soya sauce x 1/2 tbsp
7. Vegetarian oyster sauce x 1 tbsp
8. Sesame oil x 1 tsp

Procedure:
1. Boil 300ml of water in a rice-cooker
2. Add vegetarian oyster sauce, soya sauce
3. Add mixed vegetables, button mushrooms into the rice-cooker & cook for about 5 mins
4. Add mee hoon into the rice-cooker & cook for about 3 mins
5. Add tomatos into the rice-cooker and stir the ingredients together
6. Cook for another 2 mins
7. Turn-off the rice-cooker power & leave it for at least 5mins
8. Add in the sesame oil before serving

note:
when opening the rice-cooker cover, avoid any water from dripping onto the heating plate

Serving: 2 pax
