Shanghai Noodle with Pepper Sauce Gravy
Noodle is very chewy and tasty. Must try this dish!

Ingredients:

1. Shanghai Noodle  x 130g
2. Golden Mushrooms  x 100g (pre-cut)
3. Bean curd x 100g  (pre-cut)
4. Carrot x 100g (pre-cut)
5. Water x 1000 ml
6. Pepper sauce x 1 tbsp
7. Soya sauce x 1/2 tbsp


Procedure:

A.  Prepare the shanghai noodle
      1. Boil the 700ml of water in a pot
      2. Put the shanghai into the pot
      3. Turn off the stove & drain the water away when the shanghai noodle has softened
      4. Place in a bowl for the pepper sauce gravy

B   Prepare the pepper sauce gravy
     1. Boil the 300ml of water in a pot
     2. Add pepper sauce & soya sauce & chilli sauce into the boiling water
     3. Add carrot & golden mushrooms into the pot
     4. Add bean curd & cook altogether
     5. Cook for about 10 mins & turn off the stove

C  Combine the shanghai noodle & pepper sauce gravy
     1. Pour the pepper sauce gravy into the bowl of shanghai noodle
     2. Food is ready to serve

Preparation time for cooking: 45 mins

Serving: 2 pax
